Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, all payments made to Rank Higher SEO are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. SEO is a long-term strategy, and results depend on many external factors including search engine algorithms and competition.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged more than once for the same service.
- Non-Initiation of Service: If the service has not yet started (no work has been done, no reports delivered), you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase.
- Project Cancellation by Us: If Rank Higher SEO is unable to fulfill your service request for any internal reason, a full or partial refund may be issued.
💡 All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. No Refunds in These Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- If SEO work has already started.
- If you change your mind after service delivery has begun.
- If you fail to provide necessary access, materials, or communication.
- If expected ranking results are not achieved — as SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of our terms. Please reach out to our support team with any concerns before contacting your payment provider.
